Our commitment

We aim to follow the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for this website and the accessibility guidance of Apple and Google for the Vignetra app. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification.

This website

The site is designed with semantic landmarks and headings, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus states, responsive text and layouts, reduced-motion support, sufficient target sizes, descriptive page titles, a skip link, high-contrast text, and print-friendly legal pages. The site does not require audio, video, drag gestures, or color alone to understand essential information.

The Vignetra app

The app is being built to support platform text scaling, screen-reader labels, minimum touch targets, clear system permission language, consistent focus order, captions or text alternatives where available, reduced-motion preferences, and native Apple or Material interaction patterns appropriate to each platform.

Moment media can itself contain inaccessible content supplied by a user’s photo library. Vignetra cannot guarantee that every photo, video, title, or note has an accessible description. We are continuing to improve alternatives and controls without sending private media off-device.

Known limitations

Vignetra is in active pre-release development. Some complex full-screen media gestures, map interactions, face review previews, or third-party sign-in surfaces may vary with the operating system and assistive technology. Third-party content and services, including app-store dialogs and map tiles, are governed by their providers.

If an essential task cannot be completed, contact us. We will try to provide an accessible alternative and use the report to prioritize a fix.

Accessibility feedback

Email support@vignetra.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. If comfortable, include the page or app screen, device, operating system, assistive technology, and what you were trying to do. Do not attach private photos or face images.

We welcome feedback from disabled users, accessibility specialists, and anyone who encounters a barrier.

Vignetra

A memory experience should welcome more ways of seeing, hearing, moving, and understanding.
