Core standards
Do not use Vignetra to threaten, harass, stalk, exploit, deceive, impersonate, discriminate against, or endanger another person. We prohibit scams, spam, coordinated abuse, hateful conduct, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, human trafficking, content shared without the required rights or permission, and attempts to evade a block or repeatedly contact someone who has declined contact.
Do not post, request, trade, normalize, or facilitate child sexual abuse material or the sexual exploitation, grooming, coercion, trafficking, or endangerment of a minor. Do not use names, face tools, locations, cards, or shared moments to unlawfully identify, track, expose, or pressure a child.
Child and teen protections
Local memory features do not require an account. Under-13 users remain local-only unless a legally appropriate verified guardian-consent process is offered and completed. Online friends, sharing, cloud notes, notifications, and synced metadata are otherwise disabled. Additional regional rules may require stronger protections for older minors.
We remove or restrict content and accounts that sexualize, exploit, groom, threaten, or endanger children. Where required, we preserve relevant evidence and report apparent child sexual abuse material to the appropriate child-safety organization or lawful authority. Never submit unlawful material by email.
How to report
Use the in-app Safety action on an account, friend request, shared moment, card, or note. Choose the closest reason and add factual context. Blocking immediately separates accounts; reporting sends the concern for review. Reports should be honest and related to conduct on Vignetra.
If you cannot use the in-app report, email support@vignetra.com with the username, approximate time, and a concise description. Do not email private media, authentication codes, passwords, recovery material, or illegal content.
Explicit private-evidence sharing
Account and friend-request reports are metadata-only. When reporting a moment, card, or note, Vignetra separately asks whether to include that exact item. Selecting “Without evidence” does not send its private contents. Selecting “Include” copies only that item into an isolated encrypted evidence store.
Evidence keys are protected using Google Cloud Key Management Service. Only verified accounts with the Vignetra safety-review role can open evidence, and each access requires a case reason and creates an audit record. Evidence is normally deleted after 30 days unless an active investigation, legal preservation request, or applicable law requires a longer period. Reviewers cannot use a report to browse other encrypted moments.
Review and enforcement
We assess the available context, severity, credible risk, prior violations, and applicable law. Outcomes may include no action, warning or education, removal of a shared item, temporary or permanent account restriction, preservation or escalation of evidence, or referral to lawful authorities. We may act immediately where a child or another person faces serious risk.
The reporter receives an in-app update when review is complete, but privacy, safety, and legal obligations may limit the details we can disclose. People affected by an enforcement mistake may contact support@vignetra.com to appeal.
Urgent danger
Vignetra is not an emergency service and reports are not monitored as an emergency channel. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. If a child may be at risk, contact the appropriate child-protection or law-enforcement authority in your location.
