Most account and privacy controls are available directly inside Vignetra under the Privacy tab.
Open Vignetra’s Privacy tab and choose Photo access, or open your device’s system settings and find Vignetra. Grant full or selected access according to the options your operating system provides.
In Privacy, turn off “People in your moments.” Confirming removes Vignetra’s local face groups, feature data, and names without changing your original photos or videos.
Open Privacy and choose Log out. Follow the prompt about local details. Signing out does not remove original media from your device.
Open Privacy, choose Delete account, and confirm. The app clears Vignetra cloud metadata and local indexes on that device. If you cannot access the app, follow the web request instructions.
No. Vignetra is not a media backup service and does not store your original photos or videos. Check your device library, recently deleted folder, or your own photo backup provider.
Include your device model, operating-system version, Vignetra app version, exact steps, and whether the problem repeats. Describe private media instead of attaching it unless support specifically requests a safe diagnostic.
